Website Content and Settings Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Website Content and Settings Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating website content, configuring settings, and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple websites, e-commerce stores, and startup projects—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update website content, including text, images, videos, and other media.
  • Configure and maintain website settings, plugins, and themes (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Ensure websites are up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement content changes.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions for website platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and content standards.
  • Perform regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in setting up and managing e-commerce product listings, categories, and pricing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing website content and settings (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic website configurations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
