Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update website content, including text, images, videos, and other media.
- Configure and maintain website settings, plugins, and themes (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure websites are up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement content changes.
- Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions for website platforms.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and content standards.
- Perform regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in setting up and managing e-commerce product listings, categories, and pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing website content and settings (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic website configurations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
