About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field & In-Office SaaS Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions through direct client engagement, both in the field and at the office. This position requires a proactive sales professional who can build strong relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations to present SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, customer success, and product) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about product developments, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B or field sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools .
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the Eastern Province when required.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
