The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions through direct client engagement, both in the field and at the office. This position requires a proactive sales professional who can build strong relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations to present SaaS solutions effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the complete sales cycle \u2014 from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in the CRM system.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, customer success, and product) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about product developments, market trends, and competitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>2\u20134 years of proven experience in B2B or field sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CRM tools .<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license and readiness to travel within the Eastern Province when required.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.<\/li>\n<li>On-site role with opportunities for career advancement.<\/li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative team culture.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous product and sales training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field &#038; In-Office SaaS Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dammam.
